All accommodations have a large patio or balcony, fully-equipped kitchenette, air conditioned bedrooms, and are located oceanfront or poolside.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices do not include 10% Government Tax, 10% Service Charge and a US$1.00 per day per person over the age of 12 Government Marketing Levy. Rates are subject to change without notice.
A deposit equal to three (3) nights of stay is required at time of booking. Full refund less $100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days notice required from December 15th to April 14th ).
Full deposit forfeit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival from December 15th to April 14th ). Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking for early departures.
Special conditions apply for the Christmas and New Year period.
Our check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed
Rental Cars: Available and many firms will deliver to the villas. Your valid driver's license is required to obtain a local driving permit. Remember to drive on the LEFT in Anguilla.
Accepted Methods of Payment: Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All rates quoted in US dollars.
